Terry Deloney, 43 of Benton Harbor departed this life on Wednesday, March 22, 2017 at Bronson Methodist Hospital, Kalamazoo.
A service celebrating his life will be held March 31 at Abundant Life, 693 Columbus Ave., Benton Harbor. The visitation begins at 10 a.m. followed by the service at 11 a.m. Those wishing to sign the guest book online may do so at www.familyfuneralhomebh.com.
Terry was born December 26, 1973 in St. Joseph to Willie, Sr and Freddie Mae Deloney. He graduated from Coloma High School in 1992 and went on to Michigan State University majoring in Engineering. Terry became manager of Uhaul in Muskegon and later on in Benton Harbor until his early retirement due to kidney failure. On May 19, 2004, he married Tracy Partee.
Terry was an intelligent, easy-going, fun-loving guy. Once you knew him, you had to love him and call him your friend.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his wife,Tracy Deloney; daughter, Trinidy Caldwell; son, Markell “Big” Lockridge all of Benton Harbor; mother, Freddie Mae Deloney of Benton Harbor; sisters, Bridget Davis of South Bend and Ann Thornblad of Niles; brother, Willie (Rachell) Deloney, Jr of South Bend; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, a slew of godchildren, and more friends than the law allows.
Terry was preceded in death by his father, Willie Deloney, Sr. 2004, and a sister, Becky Davis, 2015.
