oyce E. Ender, age 87 of Galien, passed away Friday, March 25, 2016, in St Joseph, Michigan.
Joyce was born September 10, 1929 in Niles, Michigan the daughter of Forrest and Laverne (Carlson) Kool.
She married Dale Ender, August 24, 1950 in Galien, Michigan. They spent 66 wonderful years together.
Joyce was a teacher back when there were only country schools. She started working with her husband Dale as secretary of their company, Key Casting, Inc. in Sawyer, Michigan. Joyce and Dale enjoyed boating and bowling in their younger years. She was a member of and had served as secretary of the National Collectors of the Tooth Pick Holder Society. Most important to her was spending time with her grandchildren.
Joyce is survived by her beloved husband Dale; her five sons: Kevin (Tammy) Ender, Bryan (Eva) Ender, Brent (Eliza) Ender, Eric (Gloria) Ender, Scot (Elizabeth) Ender; her brother Ronald Kool, her nine grandchildren and her five great-grandchildren.
Joyce is preceded in death by her parents.
Family and friends will gather Monday, March 28, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Pobocik Chapel Wagner Family Funerals, 106 Ash Street East, Three Oaks, Michigan 49128. The Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 11:00 A.M. also at Pobocik Chapel Wagner Family Funerals, 106 Ash Street East, Three Oaks, Michigan 49128.
Garry Lange will be officiating.
Joyce will be laid to rest in Galien Cemetery, Galien, Michigan.
