Lena Patricia Lucas 64, of Grand Rapids formerly of Benton Harbor passed away at home on Monday, May 9, 2016.

Lena was born October 13, 1951 in Benton Harbor to Opal Lucas Napier and John Napier Sr. She graduated in 1970, she was the life of the family and an excellent cook.
Lena is survived by her son Stephen (Emma)Lucas of South Carolina. Her sisters Barbara Granger, Brenda Evans, Mary(Jessie) Whitfield, Beatrice Napier, Yolanda Watson, Teresa Napier all of Benton Harbor, and Rose (Melvin) Thomas of Grand Rapids. Her brothers John(Marcy) Napier, of Baltimore MD, Timothy(Rose) Napier and Cory Napier of Benton Harbor. Three Grandchildren Jermithael Tanner, Tyrone Tanner, Tyler Tanner of South Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father, sister Cecillia Napier, brothers Larry Dean, Johnny Wilburn and Henry Napier.
