Floyd F. Roose, Jr., 90 of Three Oaks passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at Lakeland Community Hospital, Niles.
Floyd was born on November 30, 1925 to the late Floyd Sr. and Julia Roose in Belfountain, Ohio. He married Betty Jean Phillips who preceded him in death. Floyd was a United States Navy veteran. He is survived by his children, Sharon (Michael) Plomb and Richard (Kathleen) Roose, Sr.; grandchildren, Curt (Cathy) Plomb, Mark Plomb, Richard Roose, Jr., David (Angie) Roose and Matthew (Danielle) Roose and great grandchildren, Winter Plomb, Skylynn Plomb, Owen Roose, Ethan Roose and Richard Roose III. Floyd is preceded in death by his wife, Betty Jean Roose; parents, Floyd Sr. and Julia; son, Floyd E. Roose and brothers, William, Richard “Dick”, Stanley, Frnaklin and Robert Roose.
A graveside service will be held for Floyd at 11 am on Thursday, September 22, 2014 at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Three Oaks. Online condolences may be made at www.hovenfunerals.com. Arrangements have been entrusted to Hoven Funeral Home, Buchanan.
