As a single parent, Michelle put herself through law school and received an Associate’s Degree in Business, an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Paralegal Studies, with honors, from Davenport University.
On October 16th, 2010, she married Eric Slavicek. Her son, Tyler, was adopted by Eric in 2012. Michelle loved the Lord and was a member of Sawyer Highlands Church. She enjoyed being outdoors, hiking and camping. Michelle also loved cooking, she never followed a recipe and her meals were always wonderful. She worked at the Banyon, Fette Law firm and law was her passion. Most of all, she cherished her family and loved spending time with them. She found a passion in charity and gift giving to her loved ones. She loved her son and all of her nieces and nephews, joy would emanate from her heart when she was around them. Now we can all take comfort that she is at peace, dancing with Jesus and her sister, “Becky”, on the golden streets of Heaven.
