Mike was born on January 14, 1967, in Pine Bluff AR, to Roy E. & Wilda (Condrey) Rodgers. In his younger years, he loved being outdoors riding his dirt bikes, hunting and fishing with his family and friends. Mike was blessed with the gift of being an incredible carpenter and mechanic. He used his skills and knowledge to help anyone who ever needed it, never turning away a project no matter how long it would take. He was also a proud member of Yore Community Church where he enjoyed spending time there worshiping, being with friends and family or fixing anything that was broken or needing a repair. For the past few years, Mike worked as a truck driver for Best Way, and he loved meeting and befriending the other drivers and customers along his routes. All though he may not have been a Master Chef, his cooking was always appreciated and enjoyed by all who was able to share in meals with him. On game days, Mike would always sport either his Maize & Blue for the Michigan Wolverines or his Green & Gold for the Green Bay Packers as he was an avid fan of both teams. However, what Mike loved the most was spending time with his friends and family; especially Nathan and Eli. Although he didn’t have children of his own, he was a father to many and will truly be missed by all who knew and loved him.

Mike is survived by his siblings, Margaret (Scott) Harden and Patricia, Gene (Tammy), Jackie (Karen), David, & Johnny Rodgers; nieces and nephews, Nathan, (Kaileigh), Eli, Jerry, Tony, Todd, Jacquline, Cayla, Tommy, Dustin, Dru, Cody, (Rachael), Joshua, and many other nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Ira Rodgers; and nieces, Jeanette Finehout and Nicole Rodgers.
