Tammy was born on January 20, 1962 in South Bend, IN, to Thomas and Suzanne (Fox) Leister.
On September 3, 2011 she married Michael Merfeld in Bronson, MI.
Tammy is survived by her husband-Michael; her daughter-Maggie (Matt) Bell of La Mesa, CA; her mother-Suzanne Leister of Elkhart, IN; and brother-Scott (Gail) Leister of Middlebury, IN. She is preceded in death by her father-Thomas Leister and a brother-Greg Leister.
