Sandra Jean Konkright, 67, of Scotts, MI, passed away, Thursday, April 21, 2022 at Hanson Hospice Center in Stevensville, MI.

Sandra was born August 12, 1954 in Coldwater, MI to Norman & Barbara J. (Van Ootegham) Evans. She graduated from Springfield High School in Springfield, MI, class of 1972. Sandra attended Ferris State University where she studied accounting. On September 7, 1996, she married Keith Konkright in Battle Creek. Sandra devoted her life to her home and her family. In her free time, she enjoyed genealogy, camping, bicycling, science fiction and tending to her flower gardens around the house. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Sandra is survived by her husband Keith; three daughters-Sonja Vandermee of South Bend, IN, Nicole (Daniel) Palka of Edwardsburg, MI, Katryna Williams of South Bend, IN; seven grandchildren-Gordon, Sierra, T’Andre, D’Cameron. Norman, Ethan, & Lincoln; siblings-Chuck, Jeff (Sherry) & Greg Evans, Sue (Dan) Walker; and several nieces & nephews; and her feline companion Mia. She was preceded in death by her parents.
