Penny was born on May 22, 1958, in Harvey, IL, to Warren & Anita (Conrad) Pachol. She graduated from Lincoln Way High School in 1976 and continued her education by attending Joliet Junior College. On January 5th 1982 , Penny married William Harlan in Las Vegas, NV. She was a legal secretary down town Chicago for several years and worked as a health care worker before she retired to spend time with her animals. Penny enjoyed being around horses and tending to her French Bulldogs; however, what gave her the most joy was being with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Penny is survived by her daughter Ashley (boyfriend, John Conlin) Munson; granddaughters, Alivia, Ariel & Lily Munson; and siblings, Scott (Nannette) Pachol, Mark Pachol, and Lori (Scott) Pierce. She was preceded in death by her parents, Warren & Anita; husband, William; and son-in-law, Woody Munson III.
