Paul Haney, 29, passed away unexpectedly on April 2, 2024, in Glendale, Arizona.
He was born on September 24, 1994 in Chisenau, Moldova. Adopted June 25, 1995 by Philip and Deborah Haney.
Paul graduated from Thoranpple Kellogg High School in 2013 and went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree from Ferris State University in 2018. He started his career as a Project manager and went on to work for Tippmann Construction.
Paul married Casey Lawson in Middleville, Michigan on October 24, 2020. The couple have 4 fur children they love dearly. Dakota, Dottie, Linkin and Teddy.
He was best known for his loyalty to his family and friends. Always up for an adventure. He loved to go skiing in the mountains and anything to do with being in a lake or water. He would go golfing with his work friends & family.
Paul was an avid firefighter in Big Rapids and then went to the Thornapple Township Fire department when he moved home.
He is survived by Casey Haney (wife), Deborah & Philip Haney (mother and father), Kathy & Jeff Lawson (In laws), Maleah Haney (sister), Madeliene (Dominique) Haney (sister), Lois Lawson (grandparent), Laurie Doering (grandparent), Mike & April Lehr (grandparent). And many more loved family & friends.
Paul is preceded in death by: Barbara Baker (Aunt Barbie), Les & Jean Haney (Grandparents), Tim & Marj Haney (Uncle & Aunt), Ron Doering (Grandpa), James Lawson (brother-in-law).
The service for Paul Haney will be held on Saturday, April 13th, 2024 at 11 am at Thornapple Valley Church at 2750 M43, Hastings, Michigan 49058.
A time of visitation will be Friday, April 12th, 2024 from 5 pm – 8 pm & Saturday, April 13th, 2024 from 10 am – 10:45 am.
An interment will follow at Cowman Cemetery in Middleville, Michigan.
