Tabitha Sue Gurley, known affectionately as “Tab,” was born in Jasper, Alabama on the 29th of June, 1979. She danced into the heavens on the 28th of September, 2024. Tabitha’s life was a melody of laughter, love, and inspiration, harmoniously intertwined with an unwavering spirit of resilience. Her witty humor was a beacon of joy in any room, her thoughtful nature a comforting presence, and her loving heart a sanctuary for those fortunate to know her.
Tabitha is survived by her father, David Gurley; her brother, Landon Gurley and his wife, Kirsten; her beloved nieces, Paris and Taylor Gurley; and her dear cousins, Blaine Kimbrell and Catina Kimbrell; and many more cousins. She is preceded in death by her loving mother, Sue Gurley; life partner, Eric Wachewicz.
A visitation in honor of Tabitha’s life will be held on Sunday, 06 Oct 2024 from 3:00 – 5:00 pm at Hoven Funeral Home, located at 414 East Front Street, Buchanan, Michigan, 49107.
