Millie Ridner, 84, of South Haven, MI passed away February 10, 2026, peacefully at Laurel Oaks Assisted Living following an extended illness.
Millie’s wish was to be cremated and not have a memorial service.
Millie was born August 13, 1941, in Monroe, MI to Clifford and Delana (Layne) Ellison. She married Nolan M. Ridner Jr. in 1957.
After retirement in 1995, Nolan and Millie spent the next 25 years wintering in Ft. Myers Beach, Florida, coming back to South Haven for the spring and summer months. Millie enjoyed working around their home and spending time with family. While in Florida, she enjoyed clogging, tennis, riding her bike and happy hour with their many snowbird friends.
Nolan and Millie were members of the Peace Evangelical Lutheran Church in South Haven.
Millie was preceded in death by Nolan in 2022, her parents and 6 siblings.
She is survived by; children Martin Ridner and April (Vance) Van Wieren; grandchildren AJ (Nichole Keag) Van Wieren and Amber (Jordan) Davoll; great grandchildren Shay Van Wieren (9), Taylor Davoll (7) and Jackson Davoll (3), and many nieces and nephews.
