Frank A. McClinton, 55 of Benton Harbor went home to be with the Lord, July 28, 2016 at home.
He was born December 31, 1960 in Benton Harbor to the union of the late Mark and Johnny Mae McClinton Sr.
Frank was a construction worker by trade and painting was his passion. He was employed at Chassix of Benton Harbor before becoming ill. Frank enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. He never meet a stranger and would open his doors to anyone in need. Frank was a loving neighbor who in the winter would plow and shovel the neighbors drive ways and sidewalks and in summer mow all the lawns. He will be truly missed by the neighborhood.
Frank leaves to cherish his memories, his loving children, Sheila Campbell, Annetta Campbell and Latoya McClinton of Benton Harbor, Genova Brown of Saginaw and Tyvaris McClinton of Grand Rapids; sisters, Sylvia Brown of Elkhart, Loretta Razor, Dianna Jones and Charlotte Jones of Benton Harbor; brothers, Ray McClinton, Jerry (Regina) McClinton, Mark (Ruthie) McClinton Jr., Daryl McClinton all of Benton Harbor and Michael McClinton of San Diego, CA.; very special, friend Angela Johnson; 18 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren; a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Frank was proceeded in death by his parents, Mark and Johnnie Mae McClinton, Sr.; son, Frank McClinton; sisters, Rosetta McClinton, Marcella McClinton and Romonica Jones; brother, James McCalister; grandparents , James and Willie Mae McClinton and L.C. and Lula Reed.
