Kenneth David Newell, Jr., 46, of Grand Rapids, went home to the Lord on Friday, September 29, 2023.
A wake will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. at the Filbrandt Chapel in South Haven, Funeral services will follow at 12:00 P.M. at the funeral home with Pastor Charles Daniels officiating. He was born October 18, 1976, to Kenneth Newell and Delores Ann Wims.
Kenneth is survived by his children; Daren, Talia and grandson, Jhy’Meir grandmother, Patty Newell; parents, Kenneth Newell, Sr., Delores (Donald R.) Walker; siblings Christine, Patricia, Liberty, Moses, Neveah and Mircle Newell; nieces and Nephews Shondel, Tereak, Jesus, Dejon, Keantn’e, India, Ra’Niya, Candis and Prince; special childhood friend, Willenna Juicey Williams; special friends Bernard Foster of Kalamazoo, Fred Walker of Covert and Tremaine of Chicago; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family and friends.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his brother, Shondell Newell, and grandparents, David and Anna Wims, and Soloman Newell.
