Bonnie Jean Dykstra, 75, of South Haven passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at home surrounded by her family. She was born on August 19, 1950, in South Haven to John and Margaret Tripp. She married Gregory John Dykstra on November 23, 1968.
Bonnie is survived by her husband Greg and her children; Heidi (Stetson) McBride, Stephen (Michelle) Dykstra, Matthew (Angela) Dykstra, 3 grandchildren; Tyler, Jonathan & Juliana Dykstra and 1 great-grandchild Hayden Dykstra.
She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Ronald Tripp.
Bonnie was the most loving and caring person. Anybody who met her thought the same. She loved to do jigsaw puzzles with her daughter and always had her puzzle books.
She worked at First United Methodist Church as the secretary for many years and then worked for South Haven Family Physicians until she retired.
She loved spending time with family, having cookouts with neighbors and eating her grandson (Tyler’s) food he cooked. She will be deeply missed.
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of life will take place at a later time.
