Kim A. Dreibelbis, 72, of Niles, formerly of Plymouth, Indiana passed away on Sunday, February 8, 2026 at Corewell Lakeland Hospital in St. Joseph, Michigan after several months of declining health. He was born June 6, 1953 in Plymouth, Indiana to George D. and Mary Donnabelle (Elliott) Dreibelbis.
A graduate of Plymouth High School, class of 1971, Kim lived in the Plymouth area most of his life, moving to the Niles area five years ago. He had a career in trucking retail management with Whiteford Trucking and Hill Truck Sales in South Bend.
Kim is survived by his devoted companion Dixie Blue, who provided loving care during his recent health struggles. Also surviving is one brother, Dennis (Kathryn) Dreibelbis; a sister, Penny Lukenbill; two sons, Chad Dreibelbis and Eric (Catherine) Dreibelbis; two grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Kim was preceded in death by a son, Kim Jr. He will be missed by his faithful dog Bailey.
Per Kim’s request his family will remember him privately and no formal services will be held.
