Tina Darlene Glover, 58, of Elkhart, Indiana died peacefully May 4, 2026.
Her life began June 4, 1967, in Niles; the youngest of five children born to Alonzo and Mable Darlene Glover.
Tina was always a hard-working woman who was always on the go. She worked as a line assembly worker for several companies, but her last job with Future Foam made her extremely happy. Her younger co-workers could not keep up with her work skills, they truly idolized her and looked at her as a mother figure. Tina absolutely loved children, addressing them as ‘hon’ and calling most people ‘hon’. Most of all she loved her grandkids, whom she addressed as Tuggie and Moo-Moo. They lovingly called her Pampa; she was so happy to have grandchildren and wanted more. She loved clothes and everything always had to match from head to toe, including her carrying all bags.
Tina was a good woman who lived life to the fullest. A woman of many words who would express them fully when she thought necessary. She loved going out and was the life of the party in her younger days. Her favorite color was red, anything and everything red including Delicious red apples. Tina enjoyed watching drama television shows as long as they were Soap Operas and the Lifetime channel. Her favorite meal to have was fried chicken.
While listening to her favorite Al Green songs, she enjoyed playing Solitaire. Frequently she took her children to visit their grandparents, where they enjoyed food and playing games with other family members. Family was important to Tina; she enjoyed spending time with them. She was very observant and protective of her children, always wanting the best for them in every possible way. She was never afraid to speak her mind and ensure that what she was saying was heard.
Tina will be greatly missed by family and friends. She is survived by her fiancé, Terry D. Rockett Sr. of Elkhart Indiana; her mother Mabel Darlene Glover, two daughters, Christina Glover of Cassopolis, Ashley Glover of Osceola, Indiana; one son, Darnell Glover of Highland, Indiana; two grandchildren, Aryk Jester and Issac Mckenna; three sisters, Peggy (Steven) Yelenich of Goshen, Indiana, Laura Glover of Elkhart, Indiana, Terry Glover of Cassopolis; one brother, Alonzo Jr. (Marjorie) Glover of Marinette, Wisconsin; and three future stepchildren, Terry Jr. Rockett, Tashon Rockett, and Tachika Rockett.
