A Chance to Dance is offering its 2nd Rumba lesson this month and Halloween themed practice party. Doors open at 7pm. Rumba lesson from 7:15pm to 8:00pm. Practice party to a wide variety of music, including short line dance lesson, from 8:00pm to 10:00pm. Halloween Costumes are welcome.
