Registration Deadline for KAC Summer Clasess

Learn how to throw a pot, draw a portrait, paint with oils, create a storybook, tie-dye a shirt, and so much more this summer!

There is a brand new sculpture and outdoor studio coming to KAC’s East Garden, dedicated in memory of Lupe Hopp and underwritten by the Daniel F. Hopp Family and Horizon Bank. The garden is dedicated to interactive sculpture and returns as an outdoor summer studio. ‘Art Dome’, by local artist Thomas Freier, will be the second sculpture erected in the space.

*There are no classes from July 4–8.

YOUTH CAMPS
Taught throughout KAC’s indoor and outdoor campus, explore 12 youth camps this summer. These camps run Monday – Friday and cost $160 ($150 for KAC Members). Camps are designed for students ages 5–7 and 8–12.

YOUTH CLASSES
For students (and parents) searching for longer summertime artmaking programs, KAC offers four, eight-week classes, two classes for teens age 13–17, and one, two-sesson Family class!

TEEN/ADULT CLASSES
Students age 13+ are invited for artmaking classes, too! Whether you are an established artist looking for a new skill, or interested in forming a new hobby, KAC offers classes for students at multiple skill levels and at varying lengths.

ARTIST WORKSHOPS
Led by local and visiting artists, these one or two-day intensive workshops are typically focused on intermediate and advanced techniques for students age 14+.

SCHOLARSHIP
Krasl Art Center strives to make high-quality art experiences accessible to all members of the community. Student scholarships are critical to fulfilling KAC’s mission to “Inspire meaningful change and strengthen community through the visual arts.”
