Sally Jean Poczik, 57, of Coloma, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 at her home.
Funeral services will be held at noon on Wednesday, March 2 at Duffield & Pastrick Family Funeral Home in Coloma with visitation beginning one hour prior at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Shanghai Cemetery in Eau Claire.
Memorial donations may be made to the Full Gospel Assembly in Hartford where Sally was a member.

Sally was born December 8, 1958 in Benton Harbor, Michigan to John and Henrietta (Daughrety) Crowder. She was a graduate of Benton Harbor High School. She and Michael Poczik were married on September 2, 1977. The couple resided in Florida for a number of years before returning to the Coloma area in 1992. Sally gave birth to two sons, Michael Travis Poczik and Jonathan Tyler Poczik. From that point forward her life revolved around her family and with raising her two boys in church. She especially enjoyed attending the boy’s various sporting events and cheering them on.
Sally is survived by her husband Michael; her sons, Michael Travis Poczik and Jonathan Tyler Poczik, both of Hartford; her mother, Henrietta Crowder of Benton Harbor; and her sister Rhonda (Brian) Eddings of Benton Harbor. She was preceded in death by her father, John Crowder and her sister Carolyn Sue Crowder.
